Signature Treatment - 90 minutes - $155

A Pure Presence Signature Treatment is a comprehensive and blissful journey from start to finish.

The Signature treatment includes discussion time over some organic tea, Oracle Card and message, guided meditation to relax the body and mind, a healing visualization and intention setting journey, Crystal and Aromatherapy Healing, Integral Sound Healing and Reiki Energy treatment.

Pregnancy Treatment - 90 minutes - $155

Reiki and Sound Healing are such loving and powerful ways to connect with your baby during pregnancy. Rest comfortably against the adjustable bed as you and your baby experience the healing power of Reiki, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, drum, gong and Koshi chimes. The end result is a state of well-being where you and your baby's bodies are connected and harmonized on all levels.

Reiki and sound healing promote a positive outlook and may help release any fears related to pregnancy and delivery. They improve sleep, relieve fatigue and can also increase energy. Other benefits include relief of aches and pains, as well as a reduction in stress, anxiety or depression.

Deluxe Treatment - 60 minutes - $110

The Deluxe Treatment includes a guided meditation to relax the body and mind, Crystal and Aromatherapy Healing, Integral Sound Healing and Reiki Energy treatment.

Private Sound Bath Experience - 60 minutes - Starting from $200

Lie down on a mat, with a cozy blanket over you and pillows under your head and knees, and simply listen as a variety of instruments are played around your body. As you ‘bathe’ in the soothing sounds and vibrations, the sound frequencies allow your brainwaves to slow down to a deeply restorative state, allowing your body’s natural healing system to work more efficiently.

Benefits can include improved sleep, memory and concentration, as well as a reduction in chronic pain, stress, anxiety and depression. The sounds can balance and clear the mind and lead to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm and happiness.

This experience can be enjoyed with your partner, family or a small group of friends ($150 for up to 6 people. $30 each additional person up to 14 people) and includes a crystal gift.

Sacred Arts Circle - $157

Throughout history, The Arts have been used in a variety of ways to heal emotional injuries, alter behaviours and thinking patterns, increase understanding of oneself and others, develop a capacity for self-reflection and reduce symptoms of dis-ease.

Explore the therapeutic qualities of Sound and Art Therapy with Reiki Master, Sound + Crystal Healer Kim Rooney @purepresence and Creative Mentor Ashley McHardy @Nurturetheknack, as we gather an intimate group of women under the Aquarius Full Moon, for a truly magical afternoon of releasing all that no longer serves us and intention setting.

Our Circle will include:

Candlelight + oracle cards
Sound Healing, Guided Meditation and journaling for inner reflection
A guided lesson to create a Catharsis Neurographica art piece. This art form does not require any kind of drawing skills; the magic is in the DOING, not the final art work
Listening, sharing and holding space so that each woman feels the power and magic of being seen, heard and valued
A delicious individual grazing plate and organic tea

Sacred Sister Circle - $97

Join me and Life Coach Annie Love as we gather a small group of women for a truly magical evening of releasing all that no longer serves us and intention setting.

Group Sound Meditation - $35

The Group Sound Meditation Sunday experience, at TriBalance Studio Gordon Park, is moving into a monthly rhythm!

Held on the third Sunday of each month, you will lie down comfortably on a mat, with a cozy blanket over you and pillows under your head and knees, then simply listen as you are lead through a guided meditation. A variety of instruments are played around your body and as you “bathe” in the soothing sounds and vibrations, the sound frequencies will slow down your brain waves to a deeply restorative state, allowing your body’s natural healing system to work more efficiently.

First Degree Reiki Course - $400

In First Degree Reiki, through a series of attunements and instructions, you will learn how to give yourself, and others, treatments to transform and release disharmonious energies for optimal healing and health. While learning and practicing all the traditional Usui Reiki methods, exercises and techniques to open and charge your chakras and aura will also be covered.

Second Degree Reiki Course - $450 ($400 if you have completed Reiki One with Pure Presence)

In Second Degree Reiki, through a series of attunements and instructions, you will be introduced to three sacred Reiki symbols and learn how to use these profound energy keys for dynamic living force/vibration for outer, inner, physical and metaphysical existence, as well as for distance healing.
